Hidden Springs website has been upgraded

The Hidden Springs Maple website has a new look and new features.

We've been working on this for more than six months, and we're pretty pleased with the results.  We hope that you will be, too.

Some of the new features:

• You will find it much easier to specify the syrup grade you want, including specifying a "mixed case".
• Your personal account login* will now permit you to:
  • View past order information, including tracking numbers for orders in process that have been shipped
  • Save billing and shipping addresses
  • Save credit card information (note that your credit card details are not kept in the HSM database, but in the database of Authorize.Net, or card processing service)
• We think you'll find the checkout process much clearer and easy to use
• You will also find that the site is much more "mobile device friendly", that is:  you should be able to use the site effectively on a smartphone or tablet device

* One note about personal account logins:  if you have previously created a password for your account at HSM, you will be required to create a new password the first time you log in to the new website.  The process is simple:  the site will send you an e-mail with a link to the password-reset screen.
