Hidden Springs Maple understands that we are only in business as long as you are completely satisfied.

You, and your friends and family who receive gifts from you, must be completely satisfied with everything from our farm or we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

We do ask that you check your addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to incorrectly addressed orders.

If your items are damaged during shipment, please email photos of the damaged items and, if possible, photos of the damaged box, to info@hiddenspringsmaple.com. If the items that you receive are defective, please return the items to us by requesting a return label via info@hiddenspringsmaple.com.
