Grade H hot sauce is made by local farmer Pattrick Matteau, from locally-grown habanero peppers infused into dark and delicious Hidden Springs Maple syrup. It is not for the faint of heart!

Different but good
At first taste it was a somewhat different flavor that I didn't expect and I wasn't sure I liked it but after a few more tries I decided it was unique and good. I think if I were to order again I would try the Red Coat Pepper Sauce instead of the relish.
