Dark Robust is the new B! The state of Vermont has adopted a new grading system for maple syrup, and long story short the name changed (but they're exactly the same). If you'd like more information you can find a detailed write up online here.

what is the difference between amber and golden delicate? I'm from Louisiana....

I don't care for the Amber, The delicate has a milder flavor, not as strong. That's just my preference.
