Delicious....This was my 2nd order...We now use the syrup in place of white sugar in several recipes. I had looked into ordering syrup from Vermont before but the shipping cost were so high I would not place the order. With Hidden Springs free shipping over $49 I placed my 1st order which included the syrup sampler,after tasting and deciding which grade we liked the most I placed an order for 2 quarts. Wonderful product and fast service. I will be purchasing additional products from Hidden Springs in the future. My next order I plan to buy some of the smaller bottles and give them as gifts for family and friends. I am so glad I found your web site.

Growing up in Vermont with friends who produced maple syrup this brings back the exact taste of what we used to call grade B now call dark robust. I even use a spoonful in my coffee instead of sugar.

What is the equivalent of Grade B?

The new standard named Grade A Dark with Robust Taste (what we call "Dark Robust" for short) is equivalent to Grade B. Same syrup, different (standard) nomenclature.
