All wholesale orders are FOB Putney, Vermont.
Due to COVID-19 Please take into consideration that we request a 7 Business day lead time to ship. This does not include any transit time. Transit time can vary depending on your shipping location.
We will do our best to ship your order our in 1-3 working days.
Also keep in mind that weather and high volume shipping periods (OCT - DEC) can delay your shipment and we are not responsible for these delays. We will always do our best to accommodate your delivery needs, but cannot make any guarantees.

For orders being shipped LTL freight via common carriers please keep in mind the following information.
Hidden Springs Maple pricing is FOB our facility. While we're happy to arrange shipping for customers, any and all charges associated with shipments will be the responsibility of the receiving consignee regardless of the quoted amount.
DO NOT sign a BOL without inspecting the pallet for damage and correct parcel counts. If you notice any visible damage to a shipment you MUST note this on the BOL and have the driver sign acknowledging the damage.
Pleaase inspect BOL for any accessorial charges DO NOT sign unless the services are accurate (ie. use of liftgate for delivery, limited access, non commercial delivery).
