I think I got a super old batch, because they sure didn't have the texture like I remembered. I remember them being soft and yummy, especially in the middle. These were almost hard! They were so dry that they fell apart in my hand when I took a bite. The taste was the same, but texture is everything to me. I'm sure the problem is that they were just very old. I suppose I will try to get a refund or replacement. I'm so disappointed.

This is everything that maple candy should be. Every time I buy more syrup I always get myself a box for a treat!
